Issue: The Driver installation window disappears during the installation.

Solution:
1) Restart RPC and spooler service.
2) Clear startup.
3) Delete contents of the spool folder from safe mode.
4) Delete contents of ?C:\printer manufac name"
5) Delete contents of ?C:\Drivers?
6) Check in device manager for any imaging device, if present uninstall it.
7) Disconnect the printer from the computer.
Restart the system and reinstall the drivers.
